Somnath Ghosh is an Enterprise Agile and DevOps Transformation Consultant, with over 18 years of strategic consulting experience in software development, Agile enablement, and change management. As a thought leader, he guides organizations to achieve dramatic improvement and efficiency of their product delivery.  

  

 

Drew Jemilo is co-founder of Scaled Agile, Inc., SAFe Fellow, and Principal Consultant. He has worked with companies ranging from lean startups to Fortune 50 companies to implement Lean and Agile for faster time to market, higher employee engagement, and increased quality. 

 

  

Cortney Brand has over 22 years of diverse experience in the water industry, including 18 years in consulting and four years with a water utility. He has managed more than 75 projects over his career, some in excess of $250 million in size. He specializes in the implementation of large water infrastructure programs, serving as either a client’s Program Manager or Owner’s Advisor. Cortney has an MBA degree, B.S.Eds. M.S. degrees in Geology, PMP certification, and is a licensed professional in three states. 

 

Paul Krois is the manager of the NextGen Human Factors Division at the Federal Aviation Administration. He leads the staff of scientific and technical advisors in the applications of human factors science through programs and projects that address NextGen and near term human performance issues. He has over 29 total years of experience in addressing aviation human factors issues in acquisition programs.  

 

Jason Kolaczkowski carries a Master's Degree in Public Management from the University of Maryland, where he focused on econometric analysis of social policy issues and where he also taught graduate-level econometrics. Jason is currently Director of Analytics for Kaiser Permanente. Working with both the resources and constraints of a $64 billion company, Jason has come to appreciate the nuances of being influential in what is becoming an increasingly data-driven world.

  

Michelle Malloy wears many hats at the Colorado Department of Transportation. Michelle is the Program Manager for Change Management Services, a Lean Leader, the Change Agent Network Statewide Lead for CDOT’s Change Agent Network and she spends a great deal of time working on internal strategy. Michelle facilitates multiple projects and teams whose goal is to save lives along with making people’s lives better.  

 

Angie Rhyne joined the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in April 2013 where she is currently part of a team responsible for developing strategy and implementing the objectives for the lab’s institutional investment portfolio of $35M in annual funding. Her current role is focused on enhancing the lab’s efforts around data-driven, strategic decision-making, including the use of Microsoft Project Server as a part of that solution. 

 

Catherine Roy has 20 years of successful business experience in project management within IT, biotech, media, medical, marketing and academic environments. She is currently Director of Hosting’s PMO where she leads over 200 cloud projects a year. She has personally worked on over 100 Disaster Recovery solutions in the last few years and specializes in Cloud Migrations. She holds a PMP, CSPO and ITIL certifications.
