Project Inception

Join us for this two-day event for an overview of Agile frameworks.

For this Project Inception Class, we will be highlighting a very simple set of beliefs to trigger our project management skills differently:

There is a difference between a loyal customer and a customer that buys your product.

There is a difference between a loyal employee and an employee that just works for the check.

Once we analyze this information, we will look at the agile process in a way that takes us from being Project Managers to joining a vast army of agile coaches that direct, inspire and lead executive teams across the world.  We will have guest speakers that include a CEO of one of the largest agile training companies in the world as well as an executive product management trainer who has inspired over 40,000 product managers with his training in the past 15 years.  We will use radical methods of training including videos, case studies and physical workshops.  We might do the ultimate taboo which is to turn of the slide deck projector and actually have discussions.

We are going green and thus are encouraging people to bring their laptops, smart devices and power chargers as we will be prototyping the use of a content management server to distribute the training material.  It is not mandatory to have a device in which to attend this class.  Be prepared to be inspired, shocked and hopefully encouraged that you too can take your beliefs, merge it with your processes and products to build the loyal customer base that truly gives us a reason to love our careers.
