6 Hidden Secrets of the World’s Highest Performing Achievers

PDU Category: Leadership

Presentation Synopsis

Project management requires the best to rise up. To handle the daily grind, high performance is the achiever’s secret. This means excelling and succeeding above standard norms consistently over the long term. Lora will tell you about the 6 hidden secrets of high performance to take your career and life up a level. She will ask thought-provoking questions to assess your current level and where you can go from here. She wants you to experience high performance living through the feeling of full engagement, joy, and confidence that comes from consistently living from and into our full potential.

Lora Polowczuk, Chief Energy Officer at Courageous Path

Lora Polowczuk, Chief Energy Officer at Courageous Path, is a high-performance coach and trainer. She catapults overwhelmed high achievers from stressed out and unfulfilled workers into vibrant, efficient, and engaged superstars in work, life, and play. She wants you to have time and energy for your passions and loved ones. Lora facilitates coaching programs, training programs, and outdoor retreats.

After multiple burnouts, Lora stopped the craziness and developed key, proven processes to maintain high performance, joy, and harmony. Her motto is “Stop Burnout. Start Living.”

Lora’s Movement Paradox™ paradigm shows you how to experience connection and harmony. This paradigm depicts how courage bridges bold moves and self-reflection to create a fulfilled, meaningful, and impactful life without getting burned out in the process. She ignites her client’s potential through values-based decision making. As clients align their true essence with their actions, they learn how to set boundaries, increase their self-confidence, communicate effectively, live in the flow instead of a reactive state, speak their voice, and manage time efficiently to live an empowered life and career. By the end, clients gain a sense of freedom and renewed energy to fully live their dreams and increase their performance.

Lora is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and Certified High Performance Coach. Lora received a Masters of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s of Science in neuroscience from the University of Scranton. Lora believes coaching facilitates optimum changes in the brain, which in turn creates forward-thinking, positive performance change, and healthy behaviors.

Lora’s dynamic and forward-thinking nature draws from a wealth of diverse perspectives spanning academic research, private sector, nonprofits, public-private partnerships, government policy, and entrepreneurships. After enduring the loss of loved ones early in life, she adopted the attitude that life is short, and she expresses gratitude for each moment, no matter the outcome. Her love of travel and outdoor adventure shaped her beyond her wildest dreams, from climbing seventeen-foot mountains in South America, to extensive independent travel in Asia. Her style is not why, but why not? Lora brings enthusiasm, energy, and a zest for life to show clients that infinite possibilities exist and anything is possible.

When Lora’s not serving her clients, you can find her hiking in the Rocky Mountains near her home in Colorado, scaling a rock cliff, or skiing down a mountain. Nature and travel is where her heart thrives.
