Eric will present "How to Shepherd Your Team".

Developing a Project Manager into a leader that others want to follow is more than following a checklist.  Instead, it is applying your best self consistently and sacrificially in service to your team as you lead them in fulfilling the mission.

On the job, what’s “your work”: the functions you perform most naturally? What’s your “why?”: the area(s) in which you are driven to make an impact? Where do you do your best work: the environment that motivates and inspires you? Discover the answers to these questions in this interactive session and get intentional about carefully understanding what constitutes the 3 Elements of Your Ideal Career. Strengths-based career development is about recognizing the unique value that you bring to the job, tapping into your natural talent and making your personal-best contribution to the organization every day.
