The Event Speakers

Allyn Bader Barclay

Project Manager, Professional Trainer, Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach

Over 25 years of training, management and project management experience.  Allyn has managed multiple system implementations and a large variety of internal training and organizational projects.  As a Certified Project Manager with the Project Management Institute Allyn is continually helping others to develop their Project Management Skills. 

Allyn headed up several training departments for large companies including Delta Airlines, JD Edwards (now Oracle), Mincom and URS Corporation. Key programs focused on manager and employee development, safety, quality and project management. Allyn is an accomplished trainer on systems training up through management development. At URS Allyn was instrumental in developing and supporting the company’s internal Project Management Certification.   

In addition to her PMP, Allyn is a Certified Gallup StrengthsFinder coach, has a Certificate in Human and Animal Interactions from the University of Denver’s School of Social Work.  Her Bachelor’s Degree was in Sociology and Social Work with a Masters in Applied Communication.  She is a certified facilitator in Helping Others Succeed, Leading Technical Professionals, Crucial Conversations and Accountability.

Colleen Kranicke

Colleen is the PMO Manager at Boulder County, overseeing the county’s Technology Portfolio and a team of project managers and business analysts.

Her background includes portfolio and project management consulting, strategic business development, oversight of large systems integrations and establishing the PMO for Boulder County.

Colleen has a B.A. in government and politics from George Mason University in Virginia. When not at work, Colleen enjoys skiing, hiking, camping and stargazing with her husband and two daughters.

 

Kevin Lewis

Kevin founded KG Lewis in 2002. Since then, he has guided the KG Lewis team in delivering solutions to over a hundred companies in a wide range of industries and markets.

He is active in the community and is a past board member of the Society of Information Management and the Colorado Project Management Institute. He is active in the Colorado Technology Association and Denver Petroleum Club, and he enjoys mentoring technology professionals and startup founders. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems/Economics from Regis College, with advanced studies in Technology Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. Prior to founding KG Lewis, Kevin held technology leadership roles in the telecommunication and hospitality industries.

Mark Millane

Mark Millane, 30 years of experience in software development, functional delivery, and program management. During that time he has worked in both the manufacturing and aerospace industries. He is currently the director of the Portfolio and Program Management team at Digitalglobe, ?where the team supports both large satellite program ground system development, and go to market product deliveries. During his time at Digitalglobe, Mark has been involved in the company’s software development transformation from Waterfall to Agile to Scaled Agile.
