Chuck will be leading the attendees through the Denver Metro Project Management Educational Foundation High School Project Management Competition. Cast your vote for the High School Project of the Year!

Speaker: Kari Sanders
Title: Fostering Creativity in Yourself and Your Team
Synopsis: Where is that creative spark when you need it? Our projects require our creativity and our team’s creativity to overcome difficulties and find unique solutions for our customers. Too often we come up short of ideas when we need them most. In this presentation, Kari Sanders will help you discover the barriers to your creativity and provide tips on how to overcome them.
Bio: Kari S. Sanders has twenty years of experience with hardware and software development projects ranging from $250,000 to $400 million. Her experience spans the project lifecycle as well as systems ranging from optical payloads and spacecraft to satellite ground systems and manufacturing torpedo components. She currently works as a Program Manager for Raytheon.
Kari holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics and a B.S. EE from the Colorado School of Mines; an MS EE from UCLA; and an MBA in Strategic Management from Regis University. She is an active member of the Mile Hi chapter. In 2017, she published her first project management book as well as a children’s book.
