Title: 5 Rules for Decision Making Using the 80/20 Principle

On-Demand Webinar Presenter (through  Christopher Cook

Synopsis: The 80/20 Principle, also known as the Pareto principle, states 80% of your outputs are derived from 20% of your inputs. In other words, the majority of the tasks you get done or products your produce are a result of only a handful of activities.

This presentation is designed to give you five rules to make better decisions using this principle. You will start to realize how few decisions are actually important, and when they are essential, default responses are already in place. Also, this process will help you determine what is working (double down) and what is not (change early).

Bio: Christopher Cook is a project manager who has been awarded over 40 construction projects totaling $2 million. He has worked in the construction industry for over ten years at multiple levels. He started as a laborer learning the industry from the ground up. Putting in the work necessary to find out what it takes in the field to run a successful project. Next, he moved to the estimating side of things. Applying his knowledge of the field towards what it takes to budget and schedule a project. Finally, he started to manage projects. Knowing the industry from a field perspective along with how the project was bid helped his management style

Note: this will be a two step process, first register for the webinar, and then please finish your registration for the chapter.
