Situational Leadership Applied to Managing Project Teams

What you will be able to do from the workshop:

  • Assess the “readiness level” of team member for various leadership styles.
  • Determine the most effective leadership style to match participants’ readiness level.
  • Recognize key stages of team development.

About the Presenter: Heinz Buschang, PhD

He has a proven track record of helping clients accelerate the pace of strategic change and foster an environment of sustained high performance.
