Ginger Collins (Moderator)

At the core of what Ginger Collins brings is an ability to clear a path forward. She is skilled at helping people move beyond frustration, confusion, or conflict to clarity, cooperation and impact. She is an implementation partner for clients undergoing transition. Ginger works with clients of all sizes as a change management lead, a facilitator, and a trusted advisor on strategic planning for nonprofits. Today, she is honored to be working in the Space industry where she is helping embed change management tools, thinking and methods for business transformation

Rupali Raghaven

With a dual Master, Rupali’s entrepreneurial spirit, capabilities and a head full of dreams have helped her single-handedly grow Sairoop Technologies from a one-room, one-woman and one-laptop company to what it is today, boasting of a revenue of over $5 million in 2017 with 20+ employees. Mrs. Raghavan has had many honors bestowed upon her. These include being a finalist at Young Professional Awards at CWCC and being a nominee at DBJ’s Outstanding Women in Business and 40 Under 40 Awards. Aside from work, Rupali likes to run, practice Yoga and spend time with her family. She hosts meditation camps and retreats for local communities and kids.

Nathania Quintana

Nathaniel J. Quintana brings over 18 year of portfolio, program, project management and training experience to his role of Senior Program Manager at Douglas County and as a Leadership Coach.  His strategies are being implemented in a variety of industries including Healthcare, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Civil Government, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Convention Services, Call Centers and Education.  As an expert in the field of project management, his thought leadership has impacted several areas including organizational change, leadership, process improvement, training and project management maturity.  

Eric Johnson

Eric Johnson, PMP, MS holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Miami and a Master of Science degree from Florida State University and has been PMP certified since 2005. He has more than twenty years in information technology project management delivering large complex projects around the world for Fortune 500 clients in a variety of industries including mining, manufacturing, oil & gas, software, and financial services. He believes collaboration, inspiration, and awareness are fundamental success factors in any complex engagement. He might wait for some extra M&Ms, but not a Snickers Bar.

Carey Hicks

Carey Hicks, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBA is a senior human capital professional with global business rearchitecture experience in High-Growth, Reorganization, Turnaround, and M&A Integration environments. With a focus on engagement and the ways it enriches successful outcomes, she has supported multiple enterprise transformation and migration projects, and driven outcome improvements in productivity and morale across a spectrum of strong brands and environments. Carey has deep experience understanding business operations and management – and has developed customized communication and culture solutions that drive engagement during dynamic change. She keeps the focus on project success, and has developed teams capable of exceptional performance in highly pressured environments.
