Presentation Title:   Implementing Your Strategy – Balancing Three Essential Capability Areas

Presentation Synopsis:

We’ll explore key capabilities required to drive strategic thinking and value delivery. We’ll look at the pitfalls of an ad hoc approach and discuss the value of moving forward with a holistic picture to focus energy and investment on achieving strategy and managing an adaptive approach to delivering value.

Speaker Bio:  

Eric is an executive-level leader who draws from extensive operational leadership experience and organizational expertise. This powerful balance makes him effective with a proven ability to develop people, deliver optimal results, lead transformation, and drive strategy achievement. As a leader and manager, he taps into the source of organizational performance – the people – with an awareness and understanding that personal and organizational performance are drive by leaders and enabled by the organizational structure, its processes, and supporting technologies. As a Consultant, Eric helps organizations transition to more effectively achieve key business results by engaging executives, managers, and teams to design, develop, and implement the processes, structures, and collaboration necessary to support strategic business goals.

Eric has presented at the PMI North American Congress, Rocky Mountain Project Management Symposium, PMI Denver Career Growth Workshop, Microsoft Project Conference, and Project World. He has been published in professional journals/publications and corporate newsletters and is a contributing author to multiple books.

  • Registration for this event ends the Tuesday prior to the event at 5:00 p.m.  If you must register for this event after that time, contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org) up to 3:00 p.m. the day of the event to register (note that a late fee may apply).
  • The Go To Meeting link will be sent out by the Help Desk the Tuesday evening prior to the event after registration closes at 5:00 p.m.  If you have not received the link by Wednesday morning at 10a.m., contact the Help Desk no later than 3pm (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org).  Please ensure that you have the Help Desk email noted as a "safe sender email" so that it does not end up in your Spam box.  Refunds will not be given if you do not contact the Help Desk prior to 3pm and you are not able to gain access to the meeting.

         Second presentation: approx. 7:00 - 8:15
