  • Presentation: 8:30a - 9:45
  • Break: 9:45 - 10:15
  • Presentation: 10:15 -12:00

This workshop presented by Somnath Ghosh will develop project management technical, and business and strategic skills, with a focus on the Value Delivery Mindset with Agile, Lean Start up, and Design Thinking.

Innovative organizations are changing their approach to building new products and services to support savvy customers. Leveraging Lean Start-up practices, business owners determine what products will give them the best chance for success. Employing Design Thinking, they connect with their consumer base from the onset and get feedback early. Utilizing an iterative Agile approach, organizations are able to validate early and go to market faster with quality products.

Hands on Activity: In a group setting, we will be building on a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a project/product/idea by leveraging our customer and teams collective input for problem solving, design thinking and using Lean Startup methods to define a way forward.

Networking: Attendees will have an opportunity to converse with fellow project managers in order to improve their business acumen, enhance their awareness of market conditions, perform competitive analysis, and gain insight into legal and regulatory compliance issues.

 PDU Categories: Technical - 1.5, Business & Strategy - 2.0
