Webinar - Live, virtual

PMO Discussion

The session will take the PMP beyond the PMI discussions about the subject. It will encourage their sharing their experience and how different projects may require different PM frameworks to adapt to the situation, circumstance, environment, and people

  1. Explore the variations of PMOs in providing power, resources, and wide acceptance of your project.
  2. Revisit organizational differences, that is, operations management compared to project management.
  3. Explore various project frameworks since each project may require a unique style and methodology to adapt to the situation, circumstance, environment, and people.

  1. Remember that project management is a “thought” process with various tools.
  2. Expand those tools to provide different ways of approaching the framework for a project.
  3. The workshop will encourage sharing of experiences, opinions, and new suggestions.
