About the Speaker. Cecil “Gary” Rupp brings more than thirty years of practitioner and executive-level experience in applying the methods and tools of information technology (IT) for software development. His roles span independent consultant, professional services, product management, sales, and marketing. Mr. Rupp has also led more than thirty enterprise-class IT programs and projects, primarily supporting large Federal and Commercial Health IT contracts.
His professional experience includes promoting and delivering IT solutions leveraging commercially available computer-aided systems engineering (CASE), middleware, portal, and software development tools. And, he is the author of the Building our Digital World (BODW) series of books on software and systems development practices. Gary’s Building our Digital World Series Books include:
