Roundtable Topic: Communication and Collaboration Among Collocated or Distributed Teams

Synopsis:  Communication does not always contribute to collaboration, but collaboration cannot happen without communication.  To pursue a goal together, team members must exchange knowledge and ideas working collectively toward a common goal.  Project Managers (PMs) are often challenged by leading collocated and/or distributed teams.  Nidhi Kohli will share methods and tools which can enable PMs to lead their teams to communicate and collaborate effectively.

About the Speaker.   Nidhi Kohli is a seasoned Professional, performance-driven and entrepreneurial business leader with proven experience in Corporate Trainings, Customer Engagements, Project / Program Management, People Management, Competitive Analysis, Multi-Stakeholder Management and Vendor Integration. She is internationally renowned Agile trainer with 21+ years of experience in leading diverse distributed teams, managing large complex strategic programs, and handling multi-million-dollar strategies. She has a wide range of experience in different industries like IT Networks, Semiconductors, Banking and Financial Services, OSS, BSS etc. She is Eduhubspot’s Agile veteran who single-handedly spearheaded the Agile domain area work. She is well known for her knowledge and skills among the ACP aspirants.

Nidhi completed her Masters in Computer Application from Punjabi University, Patiala, India. Since her school days, she has been part of giving back to the society in several ways. She has been an ardent teacher and guide for underprivileged children. She has also served the chair as National Vice President for Corporate Social Responsibility domain with Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) – (2020-21).
