North Prof Dev Workshop Sept 2020
Topic:
Colorado State University began the rollout of Microsoft Teams over two years ago. In the fall of 2019, the University started to rollout new security features and voice communications to allow additional collaboration in Microsoft Teams. As we prepared a plan to roll this out to campus, the Coronavirus pandemic hit us all and Teams quickly became our platform for team meetings, delivering online instruction, and day to day communications. This presentation will go over the planning and implementation of this project; the hurdles we faced and the many sub-projects that were spawned.
Speaker: Dave Hoffman is a senior project manager for Academic Computing and Networking Services/Telecommunications at Colorado State University. Prior to working in Higher Education Dave has 30 years of experience working in public utilities, non-profits, manufacturing, and publishing.
