Presentation Title:   Achieving Agile Actualization

Presentation Synopsis:  This presentation is an exploration of how to move your teams up the Agile maturity matrix to higher levels of performance. It is modeled after Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, but applied to team Agility.

Speaker Bio: 

In 2015 I was introduced to the Agile development approach, which resonated with me at many levels—primarily in the way it focuses on rapid delivery, high quality, and maximum value. Since then my emphasis has been on improving my knowledge and expertise in Agile delivery. In my current role as a ScrumMaster, I leverage my skills, experience, and Agile mindset to help organizations improve their business agility through incremental and predictable delivery of enterprise solutions. As an Agile leader, my emphasis is on improving team chemistry and cohesion in order to increase delivery speed and quality to stakeholders. I also explore characteristics of self-organizing and high-performance teams.

• Registration for this event ends the Tuesday prior to the event at 5:00 p.m.  If you must register for this event after that time, contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org) up to 3:00 p.m. the day of the event to register (note that a late fee may apply).
• The virtual meeting link will be sent out by the Help Desk the Tuesday evening prior to the event after registration closes at 5:00 p.m.  If you have not received the link by Wednesday morning at 10a.m., contact the Help Desk no later than 3pm (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org).  Please ensure that you have the Help Desk email noted as a "safe sender email" so that it does not end up in your Spam box.  Refunds will not be given if you do not contact the Help Desk prior to 3pm and you are not able to gain access to the meeting.

• First presentation: approx. 5:30 - 6:30
• Second presentation: approx. 7:00 - 8:15
