First Presentation Title: Conscious Success
First Presentation Synopsis:
This presentation is an introduction to the idea of “conscious success” and how it can change your approach to having a good life. Regardless of how you define success in your own life, in order to create that success you must raise your awareness and learn to use more of the innate power that is within you. You must approach success proactively with end goals and focus rather than reactively.
Bio: Raymond Posch, certified life coach, founder of Live Your Success LLC, LiveYourSuccess.com
Raymond Posch is a certified life coach who helps people overcome problems or blocks, accelerate their results, and create happier, more fulfilling lives. He was certified Brave Thinking Institute in 2020 as a Life Mastery Consultant. For over 25 years, Posch studied and implemented personal development and transformational success principles, and now is a public speaker, trainer, and workshop leader as well as a coach.

Second Speaker: Larry Clay
Second Presentation Title: Conscious Leadership
Presentation Synopsis: Becoming more conscious means to develop the awareness, skills, and capabilities needed to consciously evolve our organizations and ecosystems in alignment with a set of established and shared principles. Humanity’s Team goal is to inspire leaders and managers and help them step up to a “new consciousness of business”.
Speaker Bio: Larry Clay, Management PhD Candidate, Case Western Reserve University & Program Administrator, Conscious Business Innerprise
Larry Clay, ABD, is a PhD Candidate at Case Western Reserve University. Larry’s research focuses on sustainable development performance, multi-stakeholder processes, and quantum leadership management. This year after completion of the terminal degree, his main focus is to continue his research agenda in sustainable innovation, conscious business development, and developing dynamic capabilities in complex organizations. An organizational dynamics scholar is his primary career aspiration, but he also anticipates working in service and for management consulting opportunities. Larry currently works for Conscious Business Innerprise as Program Administrator. He manages the social media channels and has been instrumental in designing the content and learning objectives for the CBI web-based workshop platform. By third quarter 2021, CBI plans to re-launch the Conscious Business Change Agent 2.0 (CBCA) professional development workshops as a virtual platform for conscious leadership and entrepreneurship development.
