Mike trains business professionals in critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making techniques for improved performance. During this workshop, Mike will 1) introduce a framework for critical thinking and 2) present a few tools that can be immediately applied to professional and personal life.

In this session, Michelle will make a case for why project managers need to be personally invested and skilled on the organizational change for their organization, projects, and professional development.  She will 1) define the role and 2) explore the key moments critical for project managers when managing change.

Michael Kallet

Michael Kallet founded HeadScratchers in 2004 with the goal to help business professionals become better Headscratchers, i.e., problem solvers and decision makers.  He created the curriculum and has delivered hundreds of critical thinking workshops.

Kallet is an expert in the critical thinking field and is a critical thinking trainer, coach, and authored “Think Smarter - Critical Thinking to Improve Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills”. Mike has conducting numerous keynote speeches and webinars.

Kallet has a technology and operations senior executive background in leading teams that created numerous award-winning products and services spanning computer and communications technologies and markets.

Michelle Yanahan

Michelle Yanahan, Principal and Owner of ChangeFit 360, is a passionate organizational change management strategist with proven expertise in executing programs that enhance and grow organizational change management as a strategic business competency.

Michelle has 18 +years progressive business experience in leadership roles in operations, change management, IT execution and project management office (PMO) development.  

 Michelle holds a Masters in Organizational Behavior as well as CCMP and Prosci ADKAR change management certifications. Michelle has been a featured presenter and contributor for numerous professional organizations as well as being on the faculty at University of Illinois at Chicago and Elmhurst University.
