Synopsis of Session.   Leadership within a business needs to be cultivated if it's to make enough of an impact on the enterprise.  This roundtable will explore that need.  This focused roundtable group discussion will serve as a qualitative approach to gain an in‐depth understanding of issues impacting managers at all levels.  Our aim is to obtain data from individuals as a representative sample of a broader population.  During this interactive session participants will participate in breakout groups to address the following questions and then report out:

  • What is the state of business leadership?
  • What is the future of business?
  • How will leadership need to change?

Learning Objectives.  PMs will:

  • Understand met and unmet needs.
  • Hear PMs’ feedback in their own words and voices.
  • Discover ideas and issues that initially may not have been considered but are important for an organization to be successful.
