Presentation Synopsis: 

Too many organizations that are transitioning (or have transitioned) to Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile forget the power of the Story.  If the Story, the foundation of Scrum, is not clear, the end-result will not be clear or successful either.  Will you stick to your Story, your foundation?

Speaker Bio:  

Mark Entrekin is a solutions driver and achiever with over 30 years of tremendous, measurable experience as a positive, innovative leader.  This includes extensive knowledge in creating climates that increase desire, commitment and motivation to succeed.

His education includes a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems.  He is a certified Scaled Agilist (SA), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified ITIL Service Management, trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and trained Project Management Professional (PMP).

He eliminates the procrastination and frustration seen by many people, teams and organizations as he coordinates the foundation of Agile Scrum in Team and Scaled environments.

• Registration for this event ends the Tuesday prior to the event at 5:00 p.m.  If you must register for this event after that time, contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org) up to 3:00 p.m. the day of the event to register (note that a late fee may apply).
• The virtual meeting link will be sent out by the Help Desk the Tuesday evening prior to the event after registration closes at 5:00 p.m.  If you have not received the link by Wednesday morning at 10a.m., contact the Help Desk no later than 3pm (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org).  Please ensure that you have the Help Desk email noted as a "safe sender email" so that it does not end up in your Spam box.  Refunds will not be given if you do not contact the Help Desk prior to 3pm and you are not able to gain access to the meeting.
