Welcome to PMI Mile Hi Chapter Virtual Chapter Meeting!

Presentation: “Organizing for Success — Creating a Responsive Value-focused Delivery Organization "

In this interactive session we’ll discuss best practices and share common pitfalls in designing and implementing a value-delivery organization. We’ll explore the connection between strategy and delivery while looking at how to optimally engage business leaders in responsive, transparent, decision-making as part of a high-performing value delivery office/EPMO.

Attendees will take away:

• Structure drives performance...intentional design enables the optimal level of agility in decision-making and value delivery.
• New ways of thinking and working...renewed focus on people, orchestrated interactions, and transparent decision-making.
• The value of maintaining a holistic perspective...looking at strategy achievement at all levels of governance and value delivery, supported with timely and objective information.

• Registration for this event ends the Tuesday prior to the event at 5:00 p.m.  If you must register for this event after that time, contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org) up to 3:00 p.m. the day of the event to register (note that a late fee may apply).
• The virtual meeting link will be sent out by the Help Desk the Tuesday evening prior to the event after registration closes at 5:00 p.m.  If you have not received the link by Wednesday morning at 10a.m., contact the Help Desk no later than 3pm (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org).  Please ensure that you have the Help Desk email noted as a "safe sender email" so that it does not end up in your Spam box.  Refunds will not be given if you do not contact the Help Desk prior to 3pm and you are not able to gain access to the meeting.

Meeting Schedule

• First part of the presentation: approx. 5:30 - 6:30
• Dinner Break & Announcements: 6:30 – 7:00
• Second part of the presentation: approx. 7:00 - 8:00
