First Presentor: Michael Milutis

Bio:  Since 1997, Michael has worked in marketing, new business development, and L&D for Computer Aid, Inc (CAI), an international IT services and support firm. He is also the creator and director of CAI’s "Great IT Professional", an organization devoted to continuous learning and career development within the global IT community. Michael speaks around the world and his keynote presentations focus on digital transformation, adapting to change, continuous learning, workforce engagement, corporate mindfulness, and human self-actualization.

Presentation: "Finding Your Place in a New, Digital World"

AI, robotic process automation, big data and analytics, machine learning and deep learning, internet of things, blockchain, quantum computing — all of these tech trends (and more!) are not just accelerating exponentially, they are compounding upon each other in innovative, synergistic ways that very few of us can anticipate. This presentation will address the bewilderment that many of you feel when faced with the emergence of new, difficult to understand technologies and will give you the mindset and framework you need to embrace this change and find your place in the new world.

Second Presentor: Larry Dribin

Bio:  Dr. Larry Dribin is a consultant and educator who assists clients solve their tough problems. He provides process improvement, measurement, and program and project management services to business and IT clients. Dr. Dribin is also an adjunct instructor at DePaul University’s College of Computers and Digital Media where he teaches courses in Software Engineering and Cloud Computing.

Presentation: "A Perfect IT Storm: And what it means for IT Professionals"

A Perfect Store is a rare combination of events that drastically aggravates the storm. This presentation covers some of the major Information Technology changes that occurred in 2020 to 2022 that made this time period feel like a perfect storm for those of us in IT.
