Topic: Move from Fear to Freedom - A New Approach for Project Leadership
As project leaders, we often carry the weight of the world, or at least our team's deliverables, on our shoulders. But what if leadership didn't have to feel like a burden? What if you could lead from a place of clarity and confidence instead of fear and overwhelm?
The PMI Mile Hi Mentorship Program is your opportunity to grow, lead, and connect within a community committed to elevating one another. Whether you’re looking to accelerate your career or expand your leadership impact, this program pairs members for a meaningful six‑month experience focused on real‑world learning and professional growth.
Mentors strengthen their influence and give back to the profession, while mentees gain clarity, confidence, and practical guidance to move forward with purpose. Volunteers play a vital role in shaping a supportive, thriving chapter community.
All participants will be invited to join a kick‑off event, where you’ll meet fellow members, build connections, and launch your mentorship journey together. If you’re ready to make an impact on yourself and others, this is the place to start.
