Call for Nominations – PMI Mile Hi Chapter Board Elections May 2026

Are you interested in running for a Board position?

  • If you are interested, please email your intentions by Friday, March 27, 2026 to Susan Kober at elections@pmimilehi.org

Board positions serve for a period of 2 and a half years, 6 months as an “elect” to learn the position, and then 2 years in the position.

There are four positions open for candidates in this election cycle:

  • Vice President of Finance

  • Vice President of Membership

  • Vice President of Technology

  • Vice President of Marketing

Chapter Board Elections

The PMI Mile Hi holds an annual election for rotating offices on the board. View the table to see what year board members are up for election.  All positions are a 2-year commitment with a transitional 6-month period prior to taking office on the following January.

Call for nominations will be communicated by the end of March (approximately 6 weeks prior to start of election).

Deadline to submit your intentions is Friday, March 27, 2026

Call for nominations end mid-April. List of Candidates finalized by third week of April.

Election candidates will be finalized by Friday, April 10, 2026

Election will open for 21 days (approximately 1st week of May through the 3rd week of May). Results sent to Election Committee Lead approximately 5 days after the conclusion.

The Election will run from May 5th to May 28th, 2026.

Results will be shared on the Chapter Website, newsletter and announced at the next scheduled chapter meeting usually in June

Chapter Election Policies and FAQs

Chapter elections will be managed by an Election/Nominating Committee made up of a “Lead” and a minimum of 2 additional members. The Lead shall be a volunteer whom the Board recruits. The additional members will be chosen by the Lead. The committee is independent of the Board as it relates to elections. The Committee shall adhere to all Chapter Bylaws and Election Policies and Procedures.
