This interactive webinar will focus on making networking feel more intentional, human, and sustainable. Rather than treating networking as something you’re either “good at” or not, the session will emphasize simple habits and practical frameworks to help you build relationships with greater ease and confidence over time.

Participants will explore how to move beyond surface-level small talk and create conversations that feel natural and purposeful. Through live examples and practice, we will focus on listening more effectively, asking better questions, and reducing the pressure to be “on” or perfectly prepared in networking situations.

The session will introduce clear, repeatable strategies for building and maintaining relationships, including making thoughtful introductions, sharing value without overthinking it, and creating natural opportunities to stay connected. We will also cover ways to make follow-ups less overwhelming by capturing small details in the moment and using them to continue conversations after events.

The goal of the webinar is to help participants leave with clarity, not a long to-do list. Everyone will be encouraged to identify one or two actions they can start using immediately to help networking become a sustainable habit, rather than something that is avoided or postponed.

About the Presenter:
