skills as their UVP for employers. Additionally, attendees will examine
how to explain their unique value proposition based on their skills in
interviews using the STAR method and, how to identify gaps to work
on after the session to make their UVP stronger.
Objectives:
1. Analyze self-assessment data to isolate top three foundational
durable skills that differentiate them from other candidates.
2. Construct a unique value proposition (UVP) statement that
translates project management experience into a strategic asset.
