What We’ll Cover/ Learning Objectives:

In today’s multigenerational workforce, understanding generational dynamics can be the key to standing out in interviews and landing the right opportunity. This workshop will explore how generational perspectives—both your own and those of your interviewer—shape the interview experience, communication styles, expectations, and decision-making. Whether you're interviewing with a Millennial manager, a Gen Z recruiter, or a Baby Boomer executive, learning to navigate these nuances will help you position your experience, leadership style, and PMI expertise with greater impact and confidence.

  • Understand how generational dynamics impact the workforce
  • Recognize how these perspectives impact communication styles, expectations and decision-making in the interview and beyond.
  • Learn strategies to tailor your messaging to confidently position your unique value proposition to resonate across generational lines.
