About the Presenter:

Kristy Morgan is the President of Apex Leadership Partners, an authorized licensee of Crestcom International. She speaks on leadership, professional growth, and the human side of business. Before starting her company, Kristy worked for leading companies including Stryker, EY, Tesla, and Meta, where she learned firsthand the power of adaptability in fast-changing environments.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with degrees in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and Stanford University, Kristy brings both technical expertise and a people-first mindset to her work. Known for her energetic and practical approach, she helps professionals navigate change with confidence and purpose.
