PMI Mile Hi’s quarterly project management workshops are designed to provide working project managers with hands-on, skill-building sessions focused on practical application and emerging industry trends. Featuring recognized industry speakers and real-world perspectives, the workshops help participants strengthen core project management capabilities, stay current with evolving best practices, and apply actionable techniques directly within their organizations.

Bio:

Dan Lefsky is the founder and president of Quantum Edge, an AI-native company redefining how organizations plan, govern, and deliver projects. Over more than two decades in technology and project leadership, Dan has steered PMOs through billion-dollar mergers and led enterprise-wide digital transformations across Fortune 500 environments.

A PMI member for more than 20 years and an eight-time presenter at PMI Global Summits, Dan has consistently been at the leading edge of project, program, and portfolio management. He is leading the development of advanced multi-agentic solutions to help deliver enterprise projects at scale — surfacing real-time insights, managing complex risk signals, and translating strategy into action and value.

 

Q2 Workshop Title: AI Agent Pam Co-Presents and Manages Projects Live

Dan Lefsky and “Pam,” the Advanced Project Management Agent, will demonstrate how AI not only answers questions but orchestrates project portfolios live - spotting risks, generating reports, and aligning strategy in real time.
