Title: Navigating Career Transition Without Burnout 

Summary:  Project managers are trained to solve problems, manage uncertainty, and keep things moving. But when they are the ones in transition, those same strengths can become harder to sustain, especially when the job search brings rejection, waiting, financial stress, or pressure to quickly find the next right opportunity. 

This session will help participants understand how burnout can show up during career transition and what it looks like to protect their energy while still moving forward. Participants will walk away with practical tools for resilience, emotional reset, and values-based decision-making so they can navigate the next chapter with more clarity, steadiness, and confidence. 

Objectives: 1. Recognize signs of burnout during career transition and identify how stress, uncertainty, and prolonged job searching can impact motivation, confidence, and decision-making. 2. Apply practical resilience strategies to manage emotional fatigue, reset after setbacks, and stay grounded during periods of professional uncertainty. 3. Create a sustainable approach to the job search by setting boundaries, protecting energy, and using values-based decision-making to move forward with clarity instead of burnout.
