Title: Bridging Lean Management Theory to PM Practice and Career Growth

Summary: This session introduces the core principles and models of Lean Management theory and demonstrates its applicability to project and program management. We will explore the overlap between Lean Management and Project Management methodologies and will discuss opportunities where PMs can leverage Lean for career advancement, including identifying meaningful training opportunities and certifications that can provide a distinct professional advantage.

Objectives: 

1. Understand Lean and Lean Management principles and frameworks
2. Identify overlap between Lean Management and Project Management methodologies
3. Define the value proposition of specific Lean/Six Sigma certifications and the PM career path
