Presenter: Shawn Teasley

Topic: Mastering LinkedIn Strategies for Job Seekers: How to Showcase Your Expertise & Personality

What We’ll Cover

Your LinkedIn presence has an impact on your job search and speaks to hiring managers. This session, led by Shawn Teasley, Owner and Strategist at Social Tonic, will dive into the types of posts and content that can elevate your job search, helping you establish credibility, showcase your expertise, and demonstrate what makes you stand out.

This isn’t about perfecting your LinkedIn profile; it's about crafting content that showcases your personality, professional knowledge, and how you give back to the community. You'll walk away with a solid posting strategy, including how to create posts that feel authentic, highlight your achievements without bragging, and engage with others in a way that draws attention from the right people.

Learning Objectives

  • How to craft posts that impress hiring managers and recruiters
  • Ways to show gratitude, cheer on others, and build community through your LinkedIn presence
  • How to step out of your comfort zone and develop a content strategy that showcases your “zone of genius”
