How are PMs and Nonprofits matched?

The PMDoS team will analyze the needs of each request and do their best to match that to a project manager with similar skill set and/or interests. It's important to know that project managers do not need to be subject matter experts in the specific request. They will bring their expertise in project planning and documentation.

Gave me an avenue to share my skills in an area I haven’t worked in before.

Enjoyed the ability to see different approaches and helpful to see the value of skills that are second nature.

Helped Soft Skills in quickly adjusting to both agile and waterfall ways of project management.
