About the Speaker.  Christian Napier helps organizations incorporating storytelling as a method to share knowledge in high-profile, high-pressure project environments. He currently serves as Knowledge and Learning Advisor to the International Olympic Committee. In that role Christian has interviewed more than 1,500 people from seven different Games editions, to record and share their stories, experiences and lessons learned. He has managed a variety of IT and non-IT projects, from HR systems at the Salt Lake 2002 Games to overseeing a consortium of 5 companies and 100 consultants to deliver the Istanbul 2020 Olympic bid.
