Diana Hutchinson is COO of Trebuchet Group – an organizational improvement firm that wants a world where everyone is thriving at work. She has over 30 years leading in the military, public, and private sectors. Her experience includes process engineering, quality systems, and managing projects. Diana's education includes a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, certifications as a Project Management Professional, a Professional Certified Coach, and a Distinguished Toastmaster. Raising four children has added another layering of learning on interpersonal skills, collaboration, and her own personal development opportunities! Diana has a passion for helping others use our strengths to make a difference for all.
