Krishna Anantharaju

I am running for re-election for Vice President of Finance position in this election.

I have successfully led the team in this position for the last 2 years and have been in multiple board positions including President. I have been member of the chapter for more than 12 years and have been part of the board for most of this time.

If I am elected this term, I would like to streamline our banking and spend processes along with bookkeeping activities. I also would like to grow a strong finance team within the chapter saving the money we spend on accounting and bookkeeping every month. We are 6th largest chapter with very good financial strength currently; however, we still have room to improve our operations and processes which I have planned for this term. I am waiting to see our chapter grow to number one position and being looked up to about our operations.

Amy Baccei, MA, PMP, ITIL.

I’m excited to announce my candidacy for re-election as Marketing Vice President. My commitment to advancing our chapter’s mission through strategic, creative, and measurable communication remains as strong as ever.

Over the past term, I’ve led initiatives that documented our annual processes, strengthened brand consistency, and elevated our visibility. PMI recognized our marketing in the global volunteer portal as a model for other chapters, reflecting our team’s professionalism and innovation. We’ve built a stronger, more collaborative marketing team by boosting cross-committee partnerships and empowering volunteers to lead impactful campaigns. Over the past year, the email open rate increased 17% over the past year. We integrated analytics into our decisions and aligned efforts with chapter goals by embracing a data-informed approach.

A vital part of our progress has been maintaining strong relationships with PMI. I actively participate in regular calls and stay informed about upcoming changes within the organization. This ongoing collaboration ensures we remain agile and aligned with PMI’s best practices and changes.

Looking ahead, I plan to expand data-driven outreach, expand volunteer onboarding, amplify volunteer storytelling, and forge new volunteer partnerships to further grow our reach. My experience in budget stewardship, collaborative leadership, and mentoring volunteers has fostered greater transparency and engagement. Continuity and momentum are crucial for measurable growth in visibility, member value, and community impact. I welcome your support and feedback as we continue to grow PMI Mile Hi together. Thank you for considering my candidacy!

Patrick Roberts, PE, CCM, PMP

I am currently a Senior Project Manager at Insituform Technologies, a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions, a company at the forefront of sustainable, cost-effective products focused on trenchless technologies.

I am interested in the VP Marketing position and believe I am a worthy candidate for the following reasons:

·      I have been involved in multiple initiatives related to marketing of the trenchless technologies our company offers performing presentations in multiple states over the past 4 years which I believe allows me the ability to connect with perspective clients on what drives their infrastructure systems and finding the proper cost-effective solutions to extend life spans and engaging their communities buy-in for funding of these projects.  In addition, utilizing social media channels to push emerging technologies has also been my goal due to my previous relationships within engineering community during my time as a consultant engineer.

·      I have previous experience on sitting on multiple boards for other professional societies during my work career, which allows me to understand the dynamics of being a team player during Board activities/initiatives in all aspects of furthering the specific chapter’s objectives. I am passionate regarding all aspects of project management and the sharing of knowledge throughout the project management community to increase membership involvement and interest.

Julia Kuo PMP, Prosci

I am Julia Kuo, and I am running for Vice President of Membership for the PMI Mile Hi Chapter.

Over the past three years, I have had the privilege of contributing to this community through volunteering with Women in Project Management Leadership, the Symposium, and most recently as Executive Director of Membership, where I support program directors on strategy, team alignment, budget, and work closely with the VP of Membership Sree. That experience has given me a front-row seat to what makes our membership thrive and where our greatest opportunities lie.

Two commitments shape my vision for this role. First, continue to strengthen the core programming our members rely on today. The value we deliver through new member orientation, networking, mentoring, job opportunities, and volunteer events is real, and it deserves a leader who will champion continuity while empowering each director to execute with excellence.

Second, I am committed to building the foundation that will carry us into our new PMI Membership model, unifying global and chapter membership. Expanding to new zip codes is not just a geographic shift; it is a transformation that requires intentional strategy, cross-functional alignment, and a membership experience that scales without losing its warmth. That is work I know how to lead.

My background in strategic transformation has taught me that sustainable growth happens when people feel community, connection, and a sense of purpose. That is what I want every PMI Mile Hi member to feel.

I would be honored to serve as your Vice President of Membership.
