Presenter: Rachel Rozen

Topic: Professional Networking: Cultivating Strategic Networking Habits

What We’ll Cover:

This interactive webinar will focus on making networking feel more intentional, human, and sustainable. Rather than treating networking as something you’re either “good at” or not, the session will emphasize simple habits and practical frameworks to help you build relationships with greater ease and confidence over time.

The goal of the webinar is to help participants leave with clarity, not a long to-do list. Everyone will be encouraged to identify one or two actions they can start using immediately to help networking become a sustainable habit, rather than something that is avoided or postponed.

Key Takeaways:

  • Networking works best when it’s treated as a skill built through small, repeatable habits.
  • Simple conversation frameworks make it easier to listen, respond, and go deeper without forcing it.
  • Thoughtful introductions, shared resources, and invitations are powerful ways to add value.
  • Progress comes from choosing one or two actions to practice consistently, not trying to do everything at once.
