Synopsis: The presentation is to inform the importance of Feedback and Evaluations in leadership and management, in workplace, career and life. This presentation is also to inform everyone the steps in giving feedback as well as how to receive feedbackwithout hurting your feelings.

Learning Objectives: In this session attendees will:

1. Learn other forms of giving Feedback
2. Gain knowledge of the QTIP (Quit Taking It Personally) format to effectively receive Feedback
3. Gain a new perspective in giving and receiving Feedback

About the Speaker.  Von Eric Tandoc is a Distinguished Toastmaster, the highest Educational Designation in Toastmasters International. He is the Best Selling Author of Say It Loud, Say It Proud.  He is also a Facilitator and Moderator in his community teaching public speaking and presentation to youth and students. He now speaks virtually and in person in different platforms and organizations. He also speak in different universities. This year he was an instructor in University of Saskatchewan in Public Speaking and Communication.  Von holds a Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science, Political Science and Government & Education from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU)
