Bio:
Dale Wilsher is an executive leadership coach and keynote speaker who aids individuals and organizations in realizing their full potential. She authored an award-winning personality book and is a certified DISC trainer, contributing as faculty to the US Chamber of Commerce’s Institute of Organizational Management. Accredited by the ICF, she also has certifications in life coaching, career services, and as a Gallup Strengths Finder Coach. Her speeches offer fresh insights on identity and purpose, drawing on her sales and science background alongside the latest in psychology, leadership, and neuroscience. Her approach unlocks untapped strengths and values within her audiences.

Confidence is the foundation of leadership, and yet for women, it does not always come easily. Some personality types are naturally endowed with confidence and some are not. The good news is confidence can be learned by all. Dale will show you the latest findings on building confidence so you can start applying these strategies and unlock your full potential as a woman.
