Bio:
Art is the Principal Consultant with BtenConsulting, LLC. His personal mission every day is to add value. In the business world, he gives business owners their lives back by improving a company’s leadership.
Before standing up BtenConsulting, Art served in the Air Force as a Fighter Pilot and program manager, leading the DoD team that developed the F-35 propulsion system. He was certified as an ASQ Black Belt in 2006, and became a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Coach, and Trainer in 2016.
Art has seen that everything rises and falls on leadership, and improving leadership helps every business to grow.
Presentation: "Leadership Lessons from Life in a Fighter Squadron"
Life in a fighter squadron has taught me important lessons on leadership that apply to the business world. Applying those lessons to situations as a business leader and program manager will help you succeed.
