Presenter: Dain Johnson, ACC, PMP
Bio:
Dain Johnson is an engineer-turned-psychologist with experience managing technical projects from the sea floor to the lunar surface and expertise in how people work. He combines his background in mechanical engineering and a master’s in industrial and organizational psychology to help technical experts become people experts. As an Associate Certified Coach (ICF®), certified Project Management Professional (PMI®), and Change Management Practitioner (Prosci®), Dain blends technical expertise with an understanding of human behavior and business operations to help others develop transformational leadership and create cultures of excellence. He founded Rev 0 LLC in 2016 to help good people do good work.

The complexities of human behavior can derail even the most organized and expertly managed projects. This talk combines project management with psychology to give you new strategies to tailor project management methods, enhance collaboration, lead without authority, and understand the behaviors and motivations of others to drive project success.
