Synopsis: This workshop explores ways to influence people as a project manager. Attendees will work through two use cases and apply methods for buy-ins, challenge beliefs, reframe problems, foster collaboration, and inspire innovation.

Speaker: Julia Kuo, PMP, POPM
About the Speaker. Julia Kuo is a senior product manager consultant at a consultant at a Fortune 500 company. She worked in Paris before she settled in the East Coast with her family. She has 10+ years working in project management, product management at UBS in NY/NJ before moving to Colorado with her family 3+ years ago. She has experiences in strategy, execution, and people leadership. She is also a certified yoga instructor and a therapy dog team at CU hospital. She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
