Nicholas, currently serving as the Senior Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, is a seasoned project management expert renowned for his leadership, coaching, and mentoring prowess. Armed with a rich repertoire of certifications, including PMP, A-CSM, CAL1, ICP-ACC, CSM, and CSPO, he stands out in strategic execution, business process enhancement, and change management. His core competencies lie in project management and leadership which he uses to guarantee streamlined project execution while nurturing teamwork and collaboration among diverse cross-functional teams.
