Brad Swanson is a Leadership and Organizational Coach who guides organizations to achieve sustainably better results using Lean & Agile principles. He has been a trusted advisor for executives and organizations across the globe. He honed his own leadership skills as a Vice President in the consulting and software industries. Brad is a Certified Leadership Agility® 360 Coach, Certified Agile Leadership® (CAL) Educator®, Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST), Certified Agile Coach (Certified Enterprise Coach® - CEC), and is on the Board of Directors for Agile Denver.

Presentation Part 2: "Six Ways to Prioritize by Business Value"
We all know that it’s important to prioritize work by business value. But how do we know the relative value of all those
items, when every item is important to some stakeholder out there? I will share six practical techniques you can use -
from simple methods to relatively complicated approaches. We will also explore the situations and contexts where
each technique can be effective.

1 The important criteria to consider when prioritizing work
2 Six techniques for prioritizing project or backlog items
3 The factors to consider for deciding which prioritization technique to use for a situation
