Bio:
Hilary is a highly regarded keynote speaker, actor, improvisor, facilitator, voice over artist and voice expert. She incorporates her professional voice over and stage training techniques into her re-frame of executive presence and leadership communication. She sees beyond habits and learned behaviors to what is unique and authentic in groups & individuals. Hilary is certified in Conversational Intelligence™ (CIQ) and CultureTalk. She holds an MFA in acting from the National Theatre Conservatory and a BA from Yale University. Hilary is the cofounder and CEO of ARTiculate Real&Clear.
Presentation: “Navigating Challenging Conversations: Tools for PushBack, Lack of Understanding, and Defensiveness"
Navigating challenging conversations can be a daunting task, but it doesn't have to leave you feeling defeated or discouraged. In fact, with the right tools and a strategic mindset, these conversations can become opportunities for growth, understanding, and resolution. This session provides techniques to consider challenging conversations as avenues for constructive change, foster
understanding, explore solutions, and ultimately find common ground or resolution.

2 Strategies to communicate successfully with differing perspectives
3 Techniques to activate relationship vs. siloing in conversation
