Speaker:   Scott Mason

Presentation Title:  A Will of Iron: Resilience, Mindset, and Why It All Matters 

Presentation Synopsis: As our work worlds emerge into a new reality, last year's legacy will require ways of thinking that tap into unprecedented reservoirs of resilience. This presentation will give action steps for doing that, while providing both big-picture and personal examples of why resilience is more important to our work than ever.

Speaker Bio: Scott Mason is an inspirational and keynote speaker, and a podcast host. He is also the Principal of Scott Mason, LLC, which provides small business consulting and leadership mentoring services. Prior to that, Scott was co-Principal of The Brooklyn Press, a printing company with locations in NYC and Newburgh, NY. Previously, Scott was the General Counsel and Vice-President of Operations for Urban Resource Institute, the USA's largest provider of domestic violence shelter services. He also spent nearly 20 years in executive and in-house counsel positions for various NYC agencies. He is a graduate of Columbia Law School.

• Registration for this event ends the Tuesday prior to the event at 5:00 p.m.  If you must register for this event after that time, contact the Help Desk (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org) up to 3:00 p.m. the day of the event to register (note that a late fee may apply).
• The virtual meeting link will be sent out by the Help Desk the Tuesday evening prior to the event after registration closes at 5:00 p.m.  If you have not received the link by Wednesday morning at 10a.m., contact the Help Desk no later than 3pm (helpdesk@pmimilehi.org).  Please ensure that you have the Help Desk email noted as a "safe sender email" so that it does not end up in your Spam box.  Refunds will not be given if you do not contact the Help Desk prior to 3pm and you are not able to gain access to the meeting.

• First presentation: approx. 5:30 - 6:30
• Second presentation: approx. 6:45 - 8:00
