Topic: Up to Speed on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
The Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework has been growing in popularity over the last few years. If your organization has adopted OKRs, is flirting with the idea, or if you are just curious to learn more, now is a great time to get up to speed.
This roundtable session will cover OKR basics, work through some examples, and dig deep into how the OKR framework interfaces with the Program and Project management processes you are already familiar with.

- Get up to speed on what OKRs are and how they are different from KPIs, SMART Goals, and all the other acronyms.
- Understand how organizations use OKRs.
- Become the expert on how OKRs interface with your projects and programs.
