First Presentation: "Change Management and Accountability Frameworks that Drive Project Management"
Project Managers face many delivery roadblocks (budgets, schedules, and scope creep come to mind). But nothing can be more challenging than resistance to change and a lack of accountability – often in places we do not control. This engaging session will help you drive change and create a coalition of accountability.
Second Presentation: "The P in Your PMO: People First"
The P in PMO can be more than project. Product, program, portfolio, process, and people are all players inside a mature PMO. This session is a revealing look at the challenges and triumphs of improving your PMO with a focus on people and Lean Portfolio Management.
