Welcome to the Boulder-Gunbarrel Satellite Chapter Meeting!  

Registration for this meeting has not been opened yet.  Please check back around the 10th of the month prior to register.

Chapter meetings for 2019 will be held on the following dates:

•          January: 8th and 9th
•          February:  12th and 13th
•          March:  12th and 13th
•          April: no meeting this month, join us at the Symposium!
•          May: 7th and 8th
•          June: 11th and 12th
•          July and August: Summer break!  No meetings!
•          September: 10th and 11th
•          October: 8th and 9th
•          November:  12th and 13th
•          December: No meeting!  Join us at the Holiday Party! 

This meeting will project the regular Chapter virtual meeting at Spectra Logic.  You get the lower cost of the virtual meeting but the benefits of networking with your fellow members without having to travel to Aurora or Loveland.  Dinner will be provided for this event (salad and sandwiches from Snarfs).  While we endeavor to accommodate dietary restrictions with our order, we cannot take special requests at this time.  You are welcome to bring your own meal if the pre-ordered meal will not suit your dietary needs.  Please do not arrive prior to 5p as the program team needs this time to set up.

Meeting Schedule

• Registration and Networking: 5:15 - 5:30 (please do not arrive prior to 5p)
• First presentation: approx. 5:30 - 6:30
• Second presentation: approx. 7:00 - 8:15
